The customer service provided by the RakefetOnline team is commendable!! As a full time professional, mom, wife and care giver to my elderly parents, it is very difficult too budget in time for volunteering as a Financial Secretary to our local reformed Temple. Having access to a responsive team that doesn’t allow one email to be unanswered and treats each inquiry as a priority is extremely helpful in achieving our commitments and contributions to our congregation.
