Your Data Stays the Same
Both the BETA and Classic Version use the same RakefetOnline account and records. There's no data migration, separate login, or additional setup required.
Beginning October 19, users with administrator access will see a new button in RakefetOnline:

Simply click the button to explore the redesigned BETA interface.
We're introducing the new experience in stages, beginning with administrators. This allows us to gather valuable feedback and continue refining the interface before expanding access.
We know that learning a new interface can take time, especially when you're busy managing your synagogue or nonprofit organization.
That's why participating in the BETA is completely optional!
Administrators can explore the new experience and return to the Classic Version whenever they choose.
Just click the Return to Previous Version icon in the upper-right corner of the new interface.
And because this is a per-user experience, switching to the BETA doesn't automatically change the interface for everyone else in your organization.
You can explore at your own pace!
Everything stays connected!
Both interfaces work with your existing RakefetOnline account and data. Forms created in the BETA will also be accessible from the Classic Version.
You can explore the redesigned experience without moving your records or creating a separate account.
Because we're still making improvements!
Some screens and features are continuing to be refined, and we're inviting administrators to help us shape the future of RakefetOnline.
