Access Violation While Printing Statements
or Donor Receipts
Things to check that may cause this are the following:
1. Graphic selected as Graphic Letterhead is too large.
- In Setup--> Report Preferences--> Financial 3
- Use a JPG or JPEG graphic
- Use a graphic that is sized under 60KB
2. Statement/Donor Text has unsupported font, such as Wingdings.
3. Statement/Donor Text has unneeded blanks at the end of the Statement/Donor message.
4. Physical RAM is being used up by too many programs running in the background. Check MSConfig--> Startup.
5. Run Rebuild History File and then Update & Pack files.
